The event will be held Thursday, November 12th at Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Durham Research Triangle (201 Harrison Oaks Blvd, Cary, NC 27513) from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ET.
Doors open at 8:30 AM for registration/check-in, networking, and coffee!
Online registration is open! You can purchase a ticket here.
Tickets are $45 and are non-refundable.
You can now grab your early bird ticket ($35) for a limited time!
YES! Choose ‘Broker-in-Charge’ as your registration type and you’ll get the following options for purchasing tickets:
- Single broker ticket ($35 early bird special/$45 regular price)
- 5-ticket package (Save $30!)
- 10-ticket package (Save $90!)
- 15-ticket package (Save $180!)
- 25-ticket package (Save $375!)
- 50-ticket package (Save $1,000!)
Note: If you purchase a Broker Package, the PropTech South team will be in touch via email to provide you with a discount code that you can share with your guests so they can register for free.
Yes, lunch will be provided.
Yes, there is wifi at the venue and it’s free to join.
The event programming will not be available virtually, so snag your ticket to join us in person! You can sign up to get speaker slides (where applicable) after the event.
We recommend staying at the event hotel, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Durham Research Triangle.
Parking is FREE!

All tickets are non-refundable. Proceeds from PropTech South go to Realtors Giving Network (RGN). At the discretion of Doorify MLS there may be further discounts or flash sales to encourage registration. Please note all tickets are non-refundable and a credit will not be provided if there is a difference in ticket prices.
Individuals must purchase their ticket. Tickets are non-transferable.
Your ticket will not be needed at check-in; if you pre-purchased a ticket, we will have your badge ready for you at the registration table.
Please keep your registration confirmation email as a reference for your confirmed attendance.

We recommend purchasing a ticket in advance for the quickest, smoothest process, but you may purchase a ticket at the door.
